Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

A short document. The app is free, and most of the terms come down to us not taking your money and not making promises.

The app is not in Google Play yet. This page describes how the first version will work. If anything changes before launch, we will update the text and the date.

What you get

The right to use the Liska VPN app on a personal device, free of charge and with no registration. We sell no subscriptions and take no payments.

What you may not do

  • Use the app for anything against the law where you are.
  • Send spam, run network attacks, or scan networks that are not yours.
  • Resell access, embed the app in your own products, or drain our servers with automation.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute altered builds of the app.

We may limit access

If a device generates load that degrades the service for others, or behaves as described above, we may limit its access to our servers. There are no accounts, so this means limiting traffic, not suspending a login.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a connection will be established, that it will reach any particular speed, that a given site will open, or that the service will be continuously available. Locations may stop working without notice.

Separately, so that it does not look like a fault: a free connection has a limit on the length of a single session. After a few hours the app drops the tunnel itself and sends a notification offering to reconnect. There is no limit on the amount of traffic, and you can reconnect straight away.

We are not liable for losses arising from being unable to connect or from an interruption in the service.

Advertising

The app shows ads — the only source of income, and what pays for the servers. Ad networks decide what the ads contain, not us, and we are not responsible for the goods and services advertised in them.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. By continuing to use the app you accept the current version.
