Getting ready for Google Play
Public downloads are not open yet. The official link will appear here after release. Below is how to install the app and connect once it is available.
What you need
A phone running Android 7.0 or later and an internet connection. Liska VPN works over Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Your first connection

Install Liska VPN using the official Google Play link on this page, then open the app.

Leave Auto-select on or pick a country from Servers. Tap Connect.

If Android asks to allow a VPN connection, approve it. Wait for the home screen to show that you are connected.
The system prompt follows your action in the app. It lets Android create the VPN connection.
One button from there
The home screen shows your connection status and selected country. Tap Disconnect to end the session. Add apps and sites that need a direct connection to Exceptions.
Why the app needs permissions
VPN consent allows the connection to start. Internet access is used for connecting, fetching servers, ads and technical statistics. A background service keeps the connection running while you use other apps; a notification shows its status.
Ad libraries use an advertising ID and technical permissions. The privacy policy explains the data and partners involved.
