Choose where to connect
Germany, Finland, France, the Netherlands and Poland. Open Servers and pick a country. The app has the current list and latency measurements when available.

Not every app needs the VPN
Your banking, shopping or work app can connect directly while the VPN stays on. You choose the exceptions.
- For an app, turn on its switch in the list.
- For a site, add its domain in the Sites tab.

Open Liska VPN
Once installed, open the app. No account, email address or password required.

Tap Connect
Leave Auto-select on or choose a country. Liska starts connecting and shows you its progress.

Allow the connection
Approve the VPN request if Android shows it. Wait for the connection, then return to your apps.

Yes. No subscription, no paid tier, no in-app purchases, and no trial that quietly ends. Ads pay for the servers.
Do I need an account?
No. No registration, no login, nothing tied to an email or phone number. Open the app and press Connect.
How do I connect?
Open Liska VPN, tap Connect and allow the VPN connection if Android asks. The home screen shows your connection status.
Can my banking app or another service stay outside the VPN?
Yes. Add the app or site to Exceptions for a direct connection. If the VPN is already on, reconnect to apply your changes.
Which countries are there?
Germany, Finland, France, the Netherlands and Poland are currently available. Find the current list in the app, then choose a country or leave Auto-select on.
Do you keep logs?
We keep no log of which sites you open, which DNS queries you make, or what your real address is. The app sends technical statistics about how the connection and the ads are working, and ad networks receive the device advertising ID — all of it is listed in the privacy policy.
What if the server list will not refresh?
Tap Refresh in Servers and wait for the result. If it fails, try another network. The connection help guide has the full steps.
Which devices are supported?
Phones running Android 7.0 or later. The setup page has information about official downloads.
